We’re looking for an organised and detail-driven Activations Clerk to join our team! You’ll be responsible for allocating new sales and POC orders, capturing hardware serial numbers, and coordinating accurate order processing across departments. The role also involves managing courier collections and deliveries, and reconciling weekly courier costs for finance.
This position is located in Centurion and is a Permanent employment offer.
BASIC DUTIES
  • Manage daily device allocations and ensure accurate activations which include verification of information vs invoicing.
  • Allocations of device / battery and sim toward centre flex and contracts
  • Monitor Helpdesk tickets and internal handovers.
  • Control courier costs and handle courier packaging/stationery.
  • Ensure delivery or collection vis AM of completed orders.
  • Follow up on order collection and outstanding information
  • Submit monthly stationery requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and third-party requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and strong internal relationships.
  • Provide timely updates to sales and admin teams.
  • Escalate unresolved activation issues to management.
  • Track and complete daily task sheets.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental queries and maintain workflow efficiency.
MINIMUM SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Experience in data capturing is advantageous.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work across departments.
  • Knowledge of Android devices is beneficial.
