Instacom the leading Push to Talk and Workforce Management company in South Africa is looking for a young technical customer agent to assist with remote technical support to clients in our Customer Care Centre in Centurion, Gauteng.
This position is located in Highveld Techno Park Centurion and is a Permanent employment offer.
BASIC DUTIES
  • Customer service – Remote and on-site Support
  • Ticket and email handling
  • Setup of Android devices
  • Help set up and install new hardware & software
  • An honest, hard-working, self-disciplined, motivated, and energetic individual will be a top priority
MINIMUM SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Matric Qualification- IT qualifications (advantageous)
  • Great communication skills
  • Must be able to build a relationship with clients
  • Mid-Level technical knowledge
  • Good admin skills
  • Afrikaans fluent read/write
  • English fluent read/write
  • Must be able to work with difficult customers
  • Excellent customer service
  • Own transport
