BASIC DUTIES

To manage existing clients and grow new clients through daily,weekly, quarterly and yearly focus to drive :
Leads
Visits
Quotes
Sales
Conversion Rates
Pipelines
Weekly focus areas to close deals
Sound knowledge of operational management and workflow requirements
Sound knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Sound knowledge of quality control procedures
Sound technical knowledge associated with company requirements.
Basic management skills.
Computer literacy
Microsoft Office skills

MINIMUM SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Matric
Sound Knowledge of Administration processes.
Qualification in Health and Safety
Qualification in Labour and Disciplinary processes.
Excellent written and spoken English, with proven ability in the writing of reports and mails
Excellent time management and priority setting skills
Valid Driver’s license.
Negotiation Skills Decision Making Skills Creativity Ability to interpret directives
